Background

A retail supply chain business vendor wanted to utilize their customer database for sending regular mailers on product promotions. They were running reward schemes for their valued and loyal customers. When the customer makes a purchase, they were given reward points proportionate to the purchase amount. Vendor intended to send the updates on accumulated reward points and the reward which they were qualified for the same at regular intervals.
They could allocate very small budget for the solution as the business benefit was not very high.
